All it takes is about one teaspoon per cup of liquid. I have been on a mission to create a flourless gravy for many many years. There are many thickeners that can be used to make a gluten free gravy, but the most traditional thickener that is used is cornstarch.
My favorite of the thickening agents is to use corn starch.
