Is Malt Powder Gluten Free. If it does not say malt powder (barley) or barley malt powder in the ingredients then it is not barley. Malt can also be made from rice.
You might have heard of malt or malted milk powder, but never had a chance to try it. It can be made from corn, but that is rare. Where i currently work, we have milkshakes on the menu but with no malt due to celiacs in the workplace.
