Freschetta Gluten Free Pizza Review. A delicious pizza with a flavorful white cream onion sauce, topped with 100% real cheese, roasted mushrooms and spinach, all on a light and crispy crust that just happens to be gluten free. I couldn’t find any gf pizza i like (frozen or otherwise).
And, it has plenty of cheese on it. Its thick but tasty crust holds together some tangy and delicious sauce topped by gooey cheese — perfect for those who are truly hungry. I baked mine on the longer side, as i like the mozzarella cheese to be light brown and bubbling.
