Does panera have gluten free bread? All the ingredients are slow cooked with tomatillos, tomatoes, carrots, cilantro, cumin and lime in a zesty ancho and pasilla stock. Breakfast serving hours will vary depending on location, demand, and possibly whether or not the panera in question is a franchise or coorporate location. The locations i’ve worked at are owned by the same franchise and currently our breakfast hours are from the time the cafe opens (of course) till 10:30 am on weekdays, 11 am on saturdays and sundays.
